The Obama administration's Pentagon budget request looks to be the beginning of the end for this decade's boom in defense spending, Wall Street and government-budget analysts said Friday.  "We believe that supplemental spending will decrease significantly in the out years, marking the end of the defense spending boom," said Merrill Lynch analyst Ronald Epstein, in a note to investors.
